Good afternoon! I was totally going to say good morning but then I realised what time it was. Last nights super moon was pretty extraordinary. It was so big and bright! Not that my camera really captures how big it really was but I’m sure you either saw it from your window or garden or you’ve seen someone else’s photo on some social platform! Some people say that they go all weird when there’s a full moon but I’ve felt just totally normal, if not happier! I had a bit of a down day the other day but after some recommendations on what to do to stay motivated, I think I’ve shifted that horrible feeling! I’ve also been reading The Secret again. I started reading it ages ago but never finished it, so I’ve started it again and I read a few pages a night before going to sleep. If you haven’t heard of The Secret before, it’s a book on how the law of attraction works and how you can apply it to your life to be happier, more successful etc. It’s actually really inspiring! If you want to purchase it or read more about it, you can view it here. I also had a go at PE with Joe this morning too, which was really quite hard! I’ll try to continue those throughout the rest of my time on furlough and see what happens. I’d love to be able to workout from home, as I’d actually prefer not to go back to the gym. It’s just a bit of a struggle in the flat as there’s not much room but once we get in the house, we’ll have plenty of space! Today is my Thai Granny’s birthday and I so wish I was there celebrating with the rest of my Thai family. She turned 83 today and I don’t think she’s ever had a birthday cake, so my Mum bought her one and lit some candles for her. So cute! I can’t wait to see her! All being well, we should get out there for next Easter. Speak soon, L.
