Okay.. I look a little scary. It started raining on my run home but it felt so nice and refreshing!

How are you feeling today?

Energised and super happy it’s finally the weekend. Can’t wait for a glass of wine!

 

What are you wearing today?

Gym clothes because I’ve just finished the gym and now I need to rush and get ready for tonight. I have 1 hour!

 

What are you listening to today?

I really love ‘Million Reasons’ by Lady Gaga, I think she’s incredible. I’ve been playing it over and over again on my morning commute.

 

Any obsessions lately?

Sesame Snaps with dark chocolate! Oh my god, they’re so good and just the right size for something sweet. 

 

Best thing to happen this week?

Coming home from the gym and my Gran had a bath ready with my favourite Yankee candle lit. It’s the small things that make all the difference. 

 

Any plans for the weekend?

Yes! Tonight we are going out for dinner with friends and hopefully on Sunday we can get out for a hike if the weather is okay although I’m not betting on it as there’s been snow, ice and rain the past 3 days! 

 

What are you looking forward to?

My week off in February! We have a camper van for the week so we’re planning a little road trip around the Lake District and maybe further a field too. I want to see more wilderness and enjoy some time alone with Josh.

 

Give us a reflection of your week!

I don’t really know where the week has gone.. it seems to have flown by! This week I’ve learnt that if you have a problem, don’t suffer in silence. Someone will listen to you and it’s so bad to bottle up negative energy. My anxiety has been really bad this week so I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend.
