Hello! Where did the weekend go? We started painting, which I’m so happy about. The spare room has had its first coat, which is looking a little patchy but hopefully a second coat will help that. It’s an eggshell water based paint, so if you have any ideas on what I’m doing wrong I would love to know. I would show you what I mean but I’m keeping the room a total secret until it’s completely finished.
On Saturday I made a decision to head to Homebase and pick the paint for the office and the dressing room. I picked Trailing Plant which is this beautiful matte off-green colour. It’s a dream to paint with as it’s such a flat colour. I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t like painting but wants a lovely finish. I haven’t started the dressing room yet so I’ll share more details and photos of that when I’ve actually finished that room.
I’m currently sat with a glass of red watching the last episode of The Sister. It’s been a good watch but to be honest I have been a little scared during some scenes. I’m surprised with how it’s ended, I was certain that Nathan wasn’t going to get away with his little secret but looks like he has (there’s still 4 minutes remaining). Bob plays a good part, it’s the guy who played the cheating husband in Doctor Foster. He’s a total creep in The Sister but a good character!
